Once the 3-day satisfaction period is over, your options are limited to store credit or exchange.

Please ensure that your return us within 7 days (30 days for international orders). Upon receipt, please allow 3-5 business days for processing your return into an exchange or store credit.

Returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, unaltered, unwashed, and with tags attached. Please take care when trying on garments, as we cannot accept items with makeup marks, stains, or odors. We're committed to addressing any issues to ensure your satisfaction with Amaia the Label pieces.

Kindly email us to organise your return, including the following details:

1. Order number

2. Product for return

3. Reason for return

4. Preference for exchange or store credit

Please allow 24-48 hours for our response. Once approved, we'll provide you with our returns form. Return costs are your responsibility, as we do not offer free returns. For secure return delivery, we recommend using a tracking service.

FAULTY ITEMS

If you receive a faulty item, please email us within 48 hours of receipt, providing supporting imagery. We'll respond within 48 hours. Note that faulty items do not include those already worn.
